Paragon IT Professionals, a Des Moines-based IT staffing and software solutions provider, hires Jessica Grant to lead the organization’s marketing efforts. Grant serves as Paragon’s director of marketing and is a member of their leadership team.

Grant comes to Paragon with nearly 15 years of experience working with senior leaders, business owners and boards of directors on strategies to propel growth and meet organizational goals and objectives. Most recently, she served as director of communications & marketing for one of the largest not-for-profit senior living providers in the country.

Currently, Paragon has 140 consultants working throughout Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska. In addition to its core staffing service, Paragon leverages its national and international partners to help businesses scale their software solutions and infrastructure needs.
