Paragon is excited to welcome Drew Envent to our team! Drew will be joining us as a Recruiting Specialist, where he will be working with our clients and consultants to assist them in finding the right match.
Drew has travelled to some cool places and experienced some unique things in his life. Learn more about them through his 25 fun facts below!
1. Born in Annapolis, MD but grew up in Northern California in the SouthBay Area in a town called Morgan Hill.
2. Dual citizenship holder (US and France) as the first generation born in the US.
3. My dad was born in France and my mom was born in England.
4. Have one older sister, one older brother and a younger sister.
5. Grew up swimming competitively starting at the age of 5.
6. Enjoy all sports, both watching and playing, when I can.
7. Die hard San Francisco 49ers and San Francisco Giants fan.
8. Graduated from San Diego State University with Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and recently completed my Masters in Business Administration.
9. Most fun college job was working at a local West Coast sub shop called Togo’s.
10. Avid golfer - the coolest course I have played is TPC Sawgrass in Jacksonville, FL.
11. Married to my amazing wife, Shelby, and we are proud parents of 3 girls and 1 boy: Sedona (6), McKinley (3) and twins Pierre & Sierra (21 months).
12. Lived in Sasebo, Japan for nearly 4 years. Sasebo is part of Nagasaki prefecture on Kyushu island.
13. Currently live in Lakeville, MN.
14. I love to travel. Besides exploring Japan, I have been to multiple other countries including: Australia, Korea, France, Mexico and more.
15. I am a certified Scuba diver.
16. My most favorite vacation ever was to Australia. I started in Cairns, where I did a dive in the Great Barrier Reef, and I ended the trip exploring Sydney, climbing the famous Sydney Bridge.
17. I successfully hiked up Mt. Fuji (12,388 ft.) at night and made it to the summit for the sunrise for the true Japanese experience.
18. Live by a simple motto, “Speak it into existence!”
19. Favorite type of food is Italian, so naturally, I would love to visit Italy someday.
20. I love four seasons and especially cold weather.
21. I have been part of an intramural coed softball team for the last 5+ years.
22. Personal short-term goal for my family and me is to custom-build our forever home here in MN.
23. My long-term goal is to own a Porsche 911 Turbo.
24. To add to my large family (and stressful life! 🤪), I have a little Terrier mix dog named Moty.
25. Friday’s are for Family Fun Nights enjoying pizza and movies.
