For the past 20 years, we’ve had the wonderful opportunity to work with talented individuals that brought expertise,knowledge, leadership, professionalism, and more to their consulting roles. We also had the great fortune to develop some pretty awesome friendships with over 1,000 really awesome consultants. This May we hosted an event at The Foundry to reconnect with past consultants.

Paragon has also created a strong foundation for our consultants: the Consultant Relations Program. With this program, we are offering even more support to our 140 consultants. This means frequent retention initiatives, such as quarterly recognition of outstanding performance, professional development workshops, and formalized feedback processes for our customers and consultants. Most importantly, our CRP Director, Amanda Wiemann, acts as a critical relationship-building facilitator with our recruiters, account managers, and skilled tech resources, so that all partnerships benefit from substantial engagement and attentive communications.
